**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Stockroom Clerk for our large valve company in Costa Mesa, CA. This role involves managing materials and supplies under moderate supervision, ensuring efficient inventory control, and supporting various manufacturing and shipping operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Select, count, weigh-count, and deliver materials to manufacturing areas and the Shipping Department according to material requisitions.
+ Verify parts for identification numbers and descriptions for storage and material selection.
+ Prepare shortage requisitions.
+ Assist in taking cycle-counts and physical inventories.
+ Enter basic computerized inventory data.
+ Log and store materials received from manufacturing, receiving, and inspection areas.
+ Load and unload delivery trucks and transfer inventory between company locations.
+ Pack parts in cartons for shipment as directed.
