SUMMARY: Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ stock control / receiving experience
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience advantageous
- Experience working on MarketMan will be highly beneficial
- Strong understanding of:
- stock rotation
- stock counts
- receiving procedures
- invoice checking
- stock issuing
- wastage control
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and administration skills
- Computer literate
