Our client in retail is currently recruiting for a Stock Auditor. This role is to ensure accurate stock records across stores by conducting audits, investigating variances, and supporting effective stock control and reporting. Reducing stock losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel out to site/stores with an estimated stay over period of 2 weeks per month.
• Ensure that stock count is completed in the stores as requested by HOD (within time frame).
• Ensure stock is captured accurately when performing counts (audit checks done for verification).
• Perform investigations using hanger counts as a reference when doing stock audits.
• Ensure that variances are investigated and all amendments are made during the count.
• Verify that Operations and Audit Manager are informed of the variance and sign off with all parties (request feedback for controls if needed)
• Perform supervised counts in stores requested by HOD
