Select Recruitment is looking for a reliable and motivated Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to support a busy civil construction crew across Dunedin. This hands on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading traffic management operations, and ensuring the safety of crews and the public on local roads and state highways.

Leading and supporting traffic management operations across urban and rural worksitesMaking real time decisions to ensure safe and efficient traffic flowSetting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management equipmentProviding clear direction and leadership to crew membersEnsuring all site activities meet safety standards and project requirementsWhat You Need
Level 1 or CAT A, B, or C STMS certification (required)Full NZ Class 1 LicenceProven experience in traffic managementStrong leadership skills and a safety-first mindset
