Position Overview
Oversees stewarding operations, including cleanliness, equipment availability, inventory control, and coordination with F&B and Culinary teams.Leads daily briefings, supervises night cleaning contractors, and ensures strict adherence to back-of-house hygiene and garbage schedules.Maintains a hands-on presence during busy periods and fosters teamwork across departments to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.
Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills.
