Job Description:

The Pathfinders Program is an earn-and-learn workforce development program at Intermountain Health designed to help individuals—especially those with little or no healthcare experience—enter the field and build long-term careers.
Within the Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) track, participants are hired into a hospital-based role where they are trained to clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments that are critical to patient safety. The program includes a mix of hands-on training in the sterile processing department and structured learning, with dedicated coaching and support throughout the process.Essential Functions
