FlexStaff is looking for a Sterile Processing Supervisor at our facility in Bethpage, NY. This is a permanent, full-time position with a schedule of _10 PM to 6 AM, 5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays._

In this role, you'll supervise and coordinate a team of 15 in the hospital's sterilization process.

Ideal candidates should possess:

+ An associate degree
+ Current Registered Central Supply Technician Certification
+ Relevant experience, including supervisory experience

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and train team members to achieve sterile processing goals.
+ Schedule and assign tasks to team members and supervise operations in decontamination and sterile work areas.
+ Inspect case cart requisitions for accuracy and coordinate the transport of carts to necessary facilities.
