FlexStaff is looking for a Sterile Processing Supervisor. This is a permanent, full-time position at our client's Bethpage, Long Island facility.

_Pay: $80,000- $90,000 (based on experience)_

_Location: Bethpage, NY_

_Shift: 2:00p.m- 10:00p.m. Must be available to work some Holidays and rotating weekends_

In this role, you'll supervise and coordinate a team of 15 in the facilities sterilization department.

Ideal candidates should possess:

* An associate degree

* Current Registered Central Supply Technician Certification (CRCST)

* Relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 plus years of supervisory experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and train team members to achieve sterile processing goals.

* Schedule and assign tasks to team members and supervise operations in decontamination and sterile work areas.
