Join our team as a Sterile Equipment Tech Lead. In the Sterile Equipment Tech Lead role you will:

+ Perform routine tasks relating to the decontamination, processing, sterilization and distribution of instruments, equipment and sterile supplies.
+ Be responsible for general operating and monitoring of sterilization, maintaining records in compliance with AAMI, AORN, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards.
+ Maintain certification, monitors and instructs certified and non-certified personnel.
+ Communicate with departments and staff throughout the day to maintain a smooth work-flow.
