Description

Process Assistants are pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations — supervising shifts, allocating labour, assigning job duties, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. This role places a strong emphasis on compliance with the Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RACA) security program, including the processing and security clearance of Amazon air cargo, compliance oversight, and supervision of operational performance.

This is a part-time role combining production work and managerial duties with shift timing of 04:00am-11:36am Mon-Fri for the Prime period.
