Nova Systems in the UK and Ireland does not operate a traditional, large-scale graduate scheme. Instead, we take a more selective and personalised approach to hiring early careers talent. We typically recruit a small number of graduates each year and focus on finding individuals who are ready to make an impact. Rather than placing graduates into structured rotational programmes, we tailor each individual’s experience to their specific role, the needs of the business, and their personal development goals.

This means that, from day one, graduates are embedded within project teams and working alongside experienced engineers and consultants.
