• Curriculum Development and Delivery:

• Design and implement engaging STEM lessons aligned with state and national standards.
• Use project-based learning (PBL) strategies to promote hands-on exploration and real-world problem-solving.
• Incorporate emerging technologies, coding, robotics, and other STEM tools into lessons.

2.Instruction and Engagement:

• Teach STEM concepts to students at PRT & TGT Levels
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment.

3.Technology Integration:

• Utilize digital tools, simulations, and resources to enhance learning.
• Teach coding, programming, and the use of engineering design processes.
