Position Overview
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage steel fabrication, sub-assembly, and block erection to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Collaborate with HSE to enforce safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture onsite.
- Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment to boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Create and execute efficient steel production schedules aligned with project goals.
- Supervise and evaluate Steel Supervisors and sub-contractor performance.
- Ensure all steelwork meets Class society, client, and QA/QC standards.
Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant shipyard management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
