Role Overview

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Statutory Analyst. The global statutory audit team collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver assurance and advisory services, monitor risks, and provide insights to executive management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning audits, executing audit fieldwork, and preparing audit reports.
• Apply IFRS and local statutory standards.
• Manage relationships with external/internal auditors, ensuring compliance with local statutory/US GAAP requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review statutory and management financial statements and coordinate audit requests.
• Ensure all legal entity and branch statutory filings are completed in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner.
