Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and ensure timely delivery of shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure proper and complete task execution.
- Stand in as a hub manager when necessary.
- Handle cash on delivery (COD) payments and ensure daily banking.
- Coordinate closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Control inventory and monitor shipments to reduce the risk of missing or damaged parcels.
- Perform any other tasks as instructed by superiors.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conform to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System.
