What the role is: This role is part of MHA’s Civilian Generalist career track. Learn more: In this role, you will provide administrative, finance and logistical support to the station which includes liaising with Division.
What you will be working on: - Effectively and efficiently provides administrative and logistical support to the station.
- Initiates proper personnel administrative system and supervision of the management and maintenance of administrative records, such as dockets, attendance records, leave records, medical leave records and test records.
- Ensures the timely submission of all necessary reports to Division HQ and HQ SCDF. (Nominations of courses, events updates, etc).
- Oversees the submission of Fire Station’s administrative records, such as meal allowances and claims, AOR, through implementing a routine of checks and audits.
