Collaborate with the Unit Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the endoscopy room daily.
Provide the endoscopy room for use by ensuring damp dusting is completed, oxygen supply is verified, and equipment and disposable items, trolleys, and standby items are prepared.
Collaborate with ward staff to ensure patients arrive at the endoscopy room on time, thereby optimizing the utilization of the endoscopy.
Receiving patients and adherence to patient safety goals involves accurately identifying patients, preparing them for procedures, checking patients with staff, and noting abnormalities.
