Standards and Procedures Specialist

Purpose of the Role

Provide technical support to the Madrid HUB and IB DOT regarding Standards, Operating Procedures, audits and training. Compliance processes with security, safety and customs regulations. RSO of MAD Hub for the Airport Authority. Main interface between MAD Hub Operations and risk prevention delegates.

Key milestones & challenge

• Support in preparing and updating the Madrid Cargo Terminal Accredited Agent Security Program.
• AVSEC RA and AVSEC LA instructor
• Audits: Attend internal & external audits and Custom’s inspections, especially on safety, security and training.
• Cargo procedures: Define and implement Cargo operations procedures along with IAG Cargo Compliance and Iberia in order to achieve alignment between the IAG Operating Companies.
• Support in improving Cargo Operations facilities.
