**Job Description Summary**
The Standard Work & Change Management Specialist supports business and commercial Sales operations with focus on Standard work and Process Change management. This includes ownership of tactical activities in various operational areas such as management of standard work library, mapping standard work dependencies, Order forecasting, analytics, implementation project management, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration and training. This role is well-suited for someone who can operate effectively in a matrixed environment, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and translate business needs into structured processes and operational outcomes.
This position will help drive business rhythm activities, maintain key operating mechanisms, support order forecast accuracy, lead or support CRM/process transformation efforts, and identify opportunities to improve execution where standard processes do not yet exist.
