Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to lead external stakeholder coordination and approvals for a complex large scale infrastructure programme. The role focuses on managing interfaces with government entities authorities and third parties to ensure timely clearances and uninterrupted project delivery.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in stakeholder coordination for major infrastructure or development projects
- Proven track record in securing permits NOCs and statutory approvals from government authorities and utilities
- Strong knowledge of local authority processes regulations and approval frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Stakeholder or Authorities Liaison role on large projects
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
- Middle East particularly UAE experience is highly advantageous
