Micron Technology Inc. Central Engineering (CE) - Product Yield Improvement (PYE) Engineering Team is looking for a CE PYE Failure Analysis (FA) Engineer. In this role you will provide full fault isolation and failure analysis support for qualifications, customer returns, new device introduction, and general test failures. You will become the domain expert on fault isolation and physical failure analysis methods for electrical failures, working closely with Product Engineering Teams and various stakeholders to identify and resolve defectivity issues.
