HR & Guard Force Administration Maintain employee files, contracts, and guard deployment records Process attendance, leave, and payroll input for all guards Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new security personnel Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies Manage disciplinary records, warning letters, and welfare reports Guard Supervision & Field Duties Conduct daily or weekly site visits to inspect guard performance (punctuality, uniform, equipment, logbooks) Supervise guard force conduct and immediately address any lapses Report operational issues (absenteeism, misconduct, client complaints) to the Branch Manager Assist in guard deployment and replacement during emergencies Requirements Riding Requirement Use a company motorcycle to move between posts (fuel and maintenance provided) Must hold a valid Kenyan motorcycle riding license and have proven riding experience Requirements At least a Certificate in HR Management, Business Administration, or Security ...
