Responsibilities:


+ Develop and maintain the master nursing schedule.

+ Prepare daily matrix sheets and work diligently to fill.

+ Communicate with Staffing Agencies as needed.

+ Track all attendance of staff and ensure there is coverage and make-up weekends are scheduled.

+ Maintains records on vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, holidays, excused and unexcused absences, and recommends appropriate action.
