Position Overview
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Specialist in Operation Planning & Controlling to join our team.
Responsibilities - Manage capacity planning through bottleneck modelling for accurate delivery fulfilment
- Provide monthly utilization on equipment usage to Finance for Idle cost calculation
- Oversee investment planning (setup business case, ramp profile, justification) & present to Backend Board
- Liaise with various business divisions on planning systematic, reporting & joint investment
- Support yearly target cost roadmap planning
- Provide area and invest in yearly long‑term roadmap in Min Max alignment
- Oversee asset transactions, cycle count management & asset audit support
- Establish synergy within the team and streamline planning processes
