Job Title: Staff Scientist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Environmental Scientist with 2 to 5 years of experience to support a wide range of environmental consulting projects related to real estate transactions, site investigation, regulatory compliance, and redevelopment. This individual will play a key role in environmental due diligence, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, while also supporting broader assessment and remediation efforts.
Responsibilities
Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards to support property due diligence.
Plan and execute Phase II investigations, including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling.
