Job Summary -
Provides direct and indirect patient care. Communicates with all members of the healthcare team, as appropriate related to changes in patient's clinical condition including diagnostic study results and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Is able to perform general nursing duties. Assumes responsibility for unit patient populations. Understands and be willing to adhere to the service excellence standards established for Mary Rutan Health. Demonstrates the ability to complete thorough patient assessments.
