Position Overview
1. 负责员工餐厅餐具、厨具及服务用具的清洗、消毒、分类存放与日常盘点;
2. 协助完成餐厅开餐前准备、收餐后整理及环境卫生清洁工作;
3. 按照食品安全与卫生管理规范,落实操作区域清洁消毒、垃圾清运及虫害防控等基础保障任务;
4. 配合餐厅主管完成物资领用登记、设备使用记录及异常情况及时上报。
1. 具备1年及以上餐饮服务、后勤保障或类似岗位工作经验,无学历限制;
2. 身体健康,能胜任重复性体力劳动,具备基本食品安全常识;
3. 责任心强,服从安排,具备良好的团队协作意识与基础沟通能力;
4. 无传染病病原携带者限制情形,符合国家关于接触直接入口食品人员的健康要求。
5.年龄在50岁以下。
