I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides and supervises patient care in psychotherapy, behavior therapy, or other counseling interventions.
• Participates in research, specialty treatment and program development as needed.
• May provide clinical supervision and professional training to physician residents, psychologists pending licensure, and Medical Center personnel.
• May conduct neuropsychological evaluations such as assessments of intelligence, academic ability, attention, concentration, sensory-motor function, language, learning and memory.
II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking.
• Frequent: standing, sitting, walking and repetitive arm/hand motions.
• Occasional: frequent gripping of an object, stooping/bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, walking on uneven ground, squatting, twisting body, lifting and carrying weight up to 30 pounds, reaching abo...
