The role

We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager, Invoicing who brings deep product expertise, strong strategic instincts, and the ability to lead through influence across a complex, multi-team domain.

In this role, you’ll define the strategy and long-term direction for one of the most important parts of Jobber’s financial workflow: invoicing. You’ll look across the full customer journey—from how Pros create and send invoices, to how they follow up on outstanding balances, reduce delays, and build better habits around how they get paid—and identify the structural bets that will drive durable impact at scale.

You’ll be expected to operate with high autonomy, shape the thinking of other PMs and leaders, and connect Jobber’s invoicing strategy to the broader fintech and business roadmap. This is a role for someone who sees around corners, frames the right problems before others do, and brings others along with clarity and conviction.
