Staff Product Engineer – Canada (Winnipeg)

Ashby is building a recruiting platform that empowers talent acquisition teams with intelligent software. We’re looking for a Product Engineer who takes end‑to‑end ownership of product features, from research to design to implementation, across our full stack.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end‑to‑end, driving all aspects from research to deployment.
• Research competitors, write product specifications, and create wireframes.
• Design and implement complex UI features such as automated interview scheduling, a declarative filter architecture, and in‑app offer signing.
• Prototype and iterate based on customer feedback and internal collaboration.
• Work with design system and SRE teams to ensure quality, speed, and reliability.
• Deliver features that solve real problems like “Calendar Tetris” for recruiters.
