The **Harborview Medical Center Pharmacy Department** is looking for an outstanding **Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacist 2)** to join our **Outpatient Pharmacy Team** !

**WORK SCHEDULE**

• Per Diem

• Rotating/Variable Shift

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

• Perform clinical and distributive pharmacy duties in any one of the six outpatient pharmacies

• Provide drug information and education to patients, physicians/ clinicians, and nurses

• Instruct students, residents, interns, and technicians

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Provide oversight for the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications

• Conduct a thorough patient profile review to assess the appropriateness of the prescribed medication including monitoring individual patient profiles for drug duplications, interactions, allergies,...
