+ JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Education
+ Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with at least a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPH) degree required. Must be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Arkansas, such licensure granted by the State Board of Pharmacy after passing the required examinations or by reciprocity based in passing such examinations in another state.
+ Experience
+ A hospital pharmacy residency and/or previous experience in hospital pharmacy is preferred.
+ Physical

+ Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Operates computer, typewriter, calculator. Finger dexterity. Eye-hand coordination. Frequent sitting, standing and walking. May lift and carry up to 35 lbs. Some exposure to chemical hazards when making chemotherapy.
