The Mount ward is a Medically Optimised for Discharge ward and it is a predominantly Nurse led unit. It is a busy and dynamic 22 bedded with 4 bedded bays and 2 side rooms with extra 2 beds for escalation. We deliver high quality effective and compassionate health care to the patients. We are responsible for the provision of competent professional nursing care to meet with patient's needs before they get discharge. You will be welcomed into a friendly team who is committed to providing a high standard of individualised care for all our patients.
