Staff Nurse - Palliative Homecare (GOVT/Central) - Office Hours/up to $6k #HAO Salary: up to $6000
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Job Description: - This role will be abit more like case management – manage the care plan for the patients
- You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.
- You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.
Job Requirements: Min VALID SNB & BCLS w min 2 yrs of relevant ward experience, preferably in ICU/Pediatric settings Interested candidates, please submit your resume to:
