Job description
· To Ensure the regularity and punctuality and follow uniform policy of the organization.· Proper Handing & Taking over at the end of duty shift.
Toprovide Tele consultation through Tele consultant to ground doctors and provide care the patients in ward.
To be competent in the use of HMIS and electronic que management system, ensuring that data is entered in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with organization policy and procedure.· Follow timely vitals and Realtime documentation in HMIS of each patient (P1 – Hourly Basis, P2– 4 Hourly basis). Inform ER physician immediately in case of “Danger Vital Signs”.· Ensure medication administration within an hour of every (P1 & P2) patient and its Realtime documentation in HMIS.· Verify and double check the right patient, dose, and route before medication administration to each (P1 & P2) patient.· Ensure double signoff from...
