Band 5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting)

The Health Visiting Staff Nurse is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and supportive health care to children and families in Bath & North East Somerset. This includes identifying, monitoring and providing targeted support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk. The successful candidate will work as a member of the Health Visiting Team maintaining a public health focus under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver the Healthy Programme in a variety of settings including the home and community venues as delegated by the Health Visitor.
