Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hrs, Sat half day

Job Description - Provide high standard customer service to patients
- Assist in IVF procedures (egg retrieval, embryo transfer, IUI)
- Educate and support patients throughout treatment
- Administer medications (especially hormone injections)
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and lab staff
- Ensure adherence to IVF protocols and safety standards
