As a NAND Reliability Product Engineer , you will be responsible for defining, evaluating, and safeguarding the Extrinsic/Intrinsic reliability of Micron’s NAND Flash products. You will work hands-on with large-scale data analysis, electrical failure analysis, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust product reliability and prevent escapes to customers....
