**Job Overview**

Designs and implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; researches on products and processes to optimize efficiency.

**Job Requirements**

+ Support product and process developments in Switchgear, Cold applied, High Voltage Insulator and Arrestor product families.
+ Lead and manage NPI projects from concept through to production handover.
+ Support the detail for project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and investment planning.
