Provides engineering expertise for assigned projects to meet requirements.
Plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work.
Plan and execute the product qualification and electrical test failure analysis.
Assignments involve complex yield problem‑solving and DOE skills.
May require resolving conflicts between product performance objectives and low‑yield problems.
May lead the technical aspect of a project or sub‑project under the direction of the project leader, as well as provide guidelines to the junior engineer.
Serves as a highly accountable technical resource on a production process or problem area. An example of Root Cause Determination and Solution Implementation is required for promotion to this level.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
