**Job Description**

**The Role:**

We are hiring a technically opinionated Staff Engineer to serve as a founding member of the Hybrid Services & Reliability (HSR) team at GM. AV Core Infrastructure (ACI) is the core engineering organization responsible for the unified, secure hybrid platform that enables all autonomous vehicle hosting, validation, and testing. You will be responsible for the measurable reliability of the bench cloud—the end-to-end environment that flows from physical test benches through the secure cloud network into production runtimes. This role is on the critical path for Super Cruise, where the readiness of our hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems is a Tier-0 requirement for safety validation.
