6+ years of ExperienceShould support SuccessFactors Recruiting (Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding).Should facilitate workshops with clients to gather requirements and define recruitment workflows.Should be able to configure the recruiting module, including job requisitions, applicant tracking, career sites, and reporting.Should be able to integrate Recruiting with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.Should be able to support data migration, system testing, and end-user training during the project lifecycle.Should be able to provide best-practice recommendations to optimize recruiting processes.Should be able to prepare technical documentation and deliver post-implementation support.Should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project deliveryRESPONSIBILITIES:...
