Maintain, improve, and develop QA/QC program as defined in the Companyβs Quality Policy standard and control plan.
Developing and implementing quality control systems, policies, procedures, specifications, forms, checklists, reports, etc., for services, incoming material, and factory assembly, testing and shipping.
Lead on Quality incident 8D . Investigate quality problems by reviewing quality trends, tracking the root cause(s) of the problem(s), coordinating corrective actions, and implanting appropriate adjustments. Resolve inquiries to satisfaction in a professional, timely manner, responding verbally and/or in writing.
Implement preventive actions to reduce and/or prevent quality problems.
Performs internal audits of the operation process using inspection results and statistical techniques to provide timely, accurate process and product analysis.
