REQUIREMENTS:
Total Experience 6+ years Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support.Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules and business processes.Experience with Compensation; Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred.Strong understanding of Workday organizational structures, business processes, and security concepts.Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday functional solutions.Experience supporting Workday releases, upgrades, testing, and production support.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex functional issues.Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project delivery practices.Excellent project management s...
