Staff Business Planning data Analyst

Job Description

This role is pivotal in driving the RENESAS's solution selling strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to enhance sales effectiveness, accelerate market adoption, and support the User Experience (UX) group's mission to deliver superior customer experiences. The Data Analyst, Business Planning is working closely with/for Manager Business Planning and the team is responsible for developing and maintaining systems that evaluate and guide solution selling, using insights from sales data and AI-driven analytics to inform business decisions and enable sales and marketing teams to achieve their goals.

The main job will be:

+ **Performance Measurement & Analytics**
+ Design and implement performance indicators for solution selling, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
+ Utilize existing sales funnel data and solution proposals to identify trends and actionable insights.
