Parking Operations Planning and Analysis (POPA) is a division of DOT’s Traffic Operations and plays a significant role in managing the City’s 14,000 meters, mobile parking payment app, eight (8) garages, including various disability permits, approximately 90,000 on-street parking spaces, and off-street spaces and permits. With an annual revenue of over $250 million and related assets - meters, permits, keys, vehicles, security related business products, database and inventory systems, personnel and equipment valued in excess of $90 million.
