Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Construction Accountant in the Windor area. The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in the construction industry and eager to gain hands-on experience with accounts payable, AIA billing, and core month-end accounting functions. You will work closely with project managers and the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities

· Process high-volume accounts payable (AP) invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payment

· Review and match purchase orders, invoices, and subcontractor agreements

· Assist with AIA billing, including preparation and submission of progress billings

· Track project costs and support job cost reporting

· Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve invoice discrepancies
