Position Overview
Description
A privately held family office is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities and personal portfolios. The ideal candidate will come from a public accounting (CPA firm) background and bring strong technical accounting skills, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain general ledgers for multiple entities (LLCs, trusts, partnerships, investments)
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
+ Handle bank, investment, and credit card reconciliations
+ Track intercompany transactions and allocations
+ Coordinate with external CPA firms on tax filings and year-end reporting
+ Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and ad hoc financial analysis
+ Support audit, tax, and compliance requests as needed
+ Maintain accurate records for personal and business expenses
