**Primary Function**
The accountant is responsible for specialized accounting functions of General Ledger Management, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting and Fixed Asset Management.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Accounting Manager under the Deputy CFO, the following duties and responsibilities noted are the essential functions of the job.
Maintains Accounts Receivable and Prepaid Expenses schedules on a monthly basis.
Prepares monthly bank reconciliation for the company's operating and savings accounts.
Prepares journal entries deemed necessary to correct and timely reconcile all G/L accounts: specifically those related to cash, accounts receivables, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accounts payables, accrued expense, and other liabilities accounts.
