Position Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements with facility personnel for 6-8 facilities (varies by facility type) in a timely manner. Prepare journal entries and accruals. Complete and review monthly revenue tests for reasonableness. Prepare and review monthly labor tests. Complete account reconciliations and account analysis in standard format for all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and maintain proper supporting documentation. Prepare of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports as assigned. Assist in supporting all audits including Medicare, Medicaid, and external and internal financial audits. Assist in completion of annual facility operational projection for assigned facilities. Assist with other Accounting duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
